At Bonero, we strive for your complete satisfaction as a customer. Our return policy is designed to give you confidence when shopping with us, knowing that if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. GENERAL
Our return policy offers a generous period of 14 days. This means that from the moment you receive your item, you have 14 days to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must be unworn or unused, with all original tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, simply contact us at support@bonero.nl. Please note that returns must be sent to the warehouse from which the products were shipped, which in most cases is located in China. Therefore, please contact us first so that we can provide you with the correct return address.
Once your return is approved, you will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the items to the provided address. We cannot accept items returned to us without a prior return request.

2. DAMAGES AND ISSUES
It is very important that you carefully inspect your items upon receipt of your order. If you find that an item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. This allows us to assess the issue and provide the appropriate solution as quickly as possible.
3. EXCHANGES
If you wish to receive your desired item quickly, we recommend returning the item you have first. Once your return has been approved, you can place a separate order for the new item you wish to receive. This is often the fastest way to ensure you get what you want.
4. 14-DAY RETURN POLICY FOR THE EUROPEAN UNION
Regardless of the above, if your goods are shipped to an address within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. As stated earlier, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn or unused, with all original tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase.
5. REFUNDS
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you promptly whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to fully process and post the refund to your account.
